The Run Away’s wellness retreat & trail running initiation.
Three days, two nights at Auberge La Salamandre in the Eastern Townships: accessible trail runs or hikes, yoga and meditation workshops with Sabrina, and convivial meals.
No prerequisites – just the desire to slow down in nature.
Just 1 hour and 15 minutes from Montreal, the Salamandre Inn welcomes us to the heart of the Eastern Townships trails, a true playground for hiking and trail running.
No need to cross the Atlantic for a real trail running escape: the boreal forest, rolling paths, July light, and crisp Quebec mornings are enough to transport you to another world.
The location was chosen for its unique balance: wild enough to truly disconnect, yet accessible enough for a weekend getaway. Technical but runnable trails, manageable elevation gain, a welcoming inn nestled in nature, and Virgin Hill Coffee nearby for a post-run break.
Everything is here to experience trail running as a complete adventure, without the hassle of complicated logistics.
À qui s’adresse cette course ?
An experience designed for:

The Saturday and Sunday outings can be either an accessible trail run OR a hike, depending on your preference.
